  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 20 oz chicken meat (rotisserie or canned)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 48 wonton wrappers

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375AF.

    Combine cream cheese, garlic, chicken and onion in a food processor and pulse until combined.

    Put about 1 teaspoon of filling on each.

    Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.

    Fold into a triangle and press the edges closed.

    Arrange the rangoon on the baking sheetA and brush with butter.

    Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

    Serve with BBQ sauce or sriracha..
