- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
- 2 lb. sauerkraut
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese (4 to 6 slices)
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
Directions

1Rinse and drain sauerkraut; squeeze out excess liquid.

2Line a 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish with aluminum foil; spray or wipe foil with cooking oil.

3Arrange chicken in dish.

4Spread sauerkraut over and around chicken.

5Top with cheese slices.

6Pour dressing over all.

7Cover and seal dish with foil.

8Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.

9(Cooking time may vary with size and thickness of chicken pieces.) Remove foil carefully, first lifting from far side of dish to release steam.
