  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 16 oz. sauerkraut
  • 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Place chicken in greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Cover with sauerkraut.

    Layer cheese on top.

    Pour Russian dressing on and sprinkle with parsley.

    Bake, uncovered, 90 minutes at 325° or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
