- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Directions

1Place rice in greased 10 x 8-inch baking dish, cover with vegies and seasonings.

2Combine soup and mayonnaise gradually. Add water until well blended.

3Pour 1/2 soup mixture on.

4Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
