- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 13 cups water
- 1 12 cups rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 12 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Dredge chicken in flour.
