  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup papaya, diced
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 12 cups half-and-half cream

Directions

    Chop lemongrass and heat with sugar and water until sugar has dissolved.

    Let cool, then strain out lemongrass and chill syrup.

    Pulse half of fruit with half the sugar syrup, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 1/4 cups cream until blended and frothy.

    Pour into a chilled pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients.

    Serve immediately.
