Chicken, Rice Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. rice (not instant)
  • 7 to 8 chicken breasts

Directions

    Grease bottom of casserole dish with butter.

    Mix soups and rice together.

    Pour in dish.

    Salt and pepper chicken.

    Place on top of soup mixture.

    Put pat of butter on each piece.
  7. 7
    Cook at 250° for two and one half hours. Make sure all rice is covered to prevent drying.

    I cover mine with tinfoil.
