- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions

1Put rice in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole.

2Mix soup with water and pour over rice.

3Dip chicken breast in melted butter, then lay on top of rice. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
