Chicken-Rice Casserole

  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

    Put rice in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole.

    Mix soup with water and pour over rice.
  3. 3
    Dip chicken breast in melted butter, then lay on top of rice. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
