- oil
- 2 lbs veal cutlets
- flour, seasoned with
- salt & pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts
Directions

1In a heavy skillet, saute garlic in oil.

2Dust veal with seasoned flour.

3Brown in oil.

4Add tomatoes, sherry, & oregano.

5Stir until mixture is hot.

6Add frozen artichokes.

7Cover & simmer 45-60 minutes.

8Serve with steamed rice.
