- 2/3 c. long grain rice
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. cooked chicken breast (boneless)
- 1/4 c. diced peppers
- 2/3 c. thin spaghetti
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. thyme
- 1/2 c. scallions
- 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix rice and spaghetti together and saute in olive oil.

2Add 3 cups chicken stock.

3Add thyme, chicken, walnuts, scallions and peppers.
