  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper, lemon juice, oregano, garlic and oil.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours), basting frequently.
