Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 2 c. cooked diced chicken
  • 3 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 box seasoned croutons
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix together chicken, celery, onion and cream cheese.

    Set aside.

    Lay out the crescent rolls and spread them out gently with fingers.
  4. 4
    Put about 1/4 cup mixture into each crescent.
  5. 5
    Close each up and roll in melted butter and crushed croutons.

    Bake at 375°. Turn them after 15 to 20 minutes and bake 15 to 20 more minutes until golden brown.
