Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chicken or 3 c. cooked, deboned chicken (save out 2 c. broth to use for gravy)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in butter, then add to chicken and cream cheese.

    Mix well.

    Place 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture in center of crescent; fold up like a diaper.

    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350°.

    Thicken broth with cornstarch to make gravy, and place on roll-ups once they are on plates to be served.
