- 2 lb. bag Tater Tots
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, deboned, remove skin and fat
- 3 slices thin ham
- 3 slices Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Place Tater Tots in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Combine margarine, garlic salt, marjoram and oregano.

3Mix. Pour over 1/2 mixture on Tater Tots.

4Take 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, debone, remove skin and fat.

5Pound flat; on each flattened chicken breast, lay one slice thin ham, one slice cheese, roll up.

6Put seam side down on Tater Tots.

7Pour rest of herb butter over each chicken breast. Cover tightly with foil.

8Bake 30 minutes at 375°.

9Uncover.

10Bake 20 to 30 minutes more.

11Serves 6.
