Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 8 boneless chicken breast fillets
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Place fillets in a Ziploc bag and roll with rolling pin to flatten slightly.

    Place fillets on waxed paper.

    Put 1 ounce cream cheese on fillet and roll up.

    Wrap with 2 strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

    Beat eggs and water.

    Dip roll-ups into egg wash.

    Dip into bread crumbs.

    Place in shallow pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
