  • 1 chicken, quartered (or pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp. crushed rosemary

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place in baking dish. Dot with margarine. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 25 minutes. Add wine, bouillon cube and rosemary. Continue to cook, basting chicken frequently, until done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
