  • 1 chicken cut up into parts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 T rosemary
  • 2 c. potatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 C olive oil

    Pre-heat oven 400

    Saute chicken in oil and garlic

    Season and add wine

    Simmer covered 5 min

    Uncover and cook fast until most of wine evaporated

    Add potatoes and bake at 400

    Done when potatoes break up after 35 min.
