Peppermint Bliss Bark

  • 12 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Crushed Oreos (Measure After Crushing)
  • 1/2 cups Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes (Measure After Crushing), Divided
  • 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Melted

Directions

    Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a silicone sheet.

    Place the semisweet chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

    Add the mini marshmallows, crushed Oreos and half of the crushed candy canes into the melted chocolate and stir until combined.

    Tip the mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread out until level. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top of the mixture.

    Drizzle the melted white chocolate all over the bark and leave to set. You can put it into the fridge, but the chocolate will lose its shine; I just left mine out on the side for 4 hours and it set up perfectly.

    Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container, at room temperature, for 3 days.
