  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and cubed
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

    In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add onion and bell pepper. Saute.

    Add cheese; stir until melted.

    Add tomatoes and chicken. Mix well and add egg noodles.

    Stir.

    Pour into large casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
