- 3 c. chicken, boiled
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes (spicy hot)
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; let cool.

2Remove meat from bones. Cook spaghetti in 2 cups water or leftover chicken broth.

3Set aside.

4Saute onions and peppers in oleo.

5Add cheese and stir until melted.

6Add tomatoes and chicken and mix.

7Stir in cooked spaghetti; add peas last.

8Fold in evenly.

9Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly hot.

10Makes a 3-quart casserole.
