  • 3 c. chicken, boiled
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes (spicy hot)
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender; let cool.

    Remove meat from bones. Cook spaghetti in 2 cups water or leftover chicken broth.

    Set aside.

    Saute onions and peppers in oleo.

    Add cheese and stir until melted.

    Add tomatoes and chicken and mix.

    Stir in cooked spaghetti; add peas last.

    Fold in evenly.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly hot.

    Makes a 3-quart casserole.
