Very Simple Pesto

- 1 bunch Basil
- 30 grams Pine nuts
- 7 (Basil) olives
- 25 ml Olive oil
- 25 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 Garlic piece
- 1 Grinded pepper
- 5 ml Any vinegar
Directions

1Put all the basil and pine nuts in the mortar, grind it until it is nice and smooth.

2Slice the olives and the piece of garlic in little pieces and grind ad well, put in the cheese too.

3Now add the vinegar, I prefer balsamic vinegar, but it's up to you.

4Also add some pepper and a little olive oil.

5Grind it one more time to make sure there are no big olive chunks any more and everything is mixed well.

6This is a optional step; put any bread you like in the oven.

7Before putting it in the oven, put some olive oil on top of the bread pieces.

8Heat the oven on 180F Celcius and remove the bread from the oven when they are nice, golden and crunchy.

9Smear the pesto on top of the toast.
