  • 1 boiling chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

    Boil chicken and remove bones, saving broth.

    Cook noodles in broth.

    Meanwhile, saute onions and pepper in butter. After spaghetti is cooked, save 1 quart of broth; discard the rest. Add Ro-Tel and Worcestershire sauce to the broth and noodles. Then add the cheese and cook until melted.

    Add the onion, peppers and deboned chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
