- 1 large fryer, cooked, deboned and cut up
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 (12 oz.) vermicelli
- 1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small can green peas
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook chicken and save broth.

2Saute peppers and onions in a little butter.

3Cook vermicelli in chicken broth.

4Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.

5Add peas, mushrooms, peppers and onions, then add cheese (just break or cut in small pieces). Stir until cheese begins to melt.

6Add chicken.

7Pour in pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

8This serves about 15 people (may be frozen before cooking).
