  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup *undiluted)

Directions

    Put layer of chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan or long casserole dish; top with layer of chips.

    (You can use one layer or two.) Melt cheese; add soups and Ro-Tel.

    Stir to mix well.

    Pour over chicken and chips.

    Bake at 300° or 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
