  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups uncooked garden rotini pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 red sweet bell pepper, julienned
  • 12 yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • salt and pepper
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the rotini per package directions.

    Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Place in hot, oiled skillet with garlic and cook until done through.

    Add broccoli and water and cover skillet.

    Cook on high heat for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water is gone.

    Add peppers, rotini and parmesan cheese.

    Mix together and serve.
