- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked garden rotini pasta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 12 cup water
- 12 red sweet bell pepper, julienned
- 12 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- salt and pepper
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook the rotini per package directions.

2Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Place in hot, oiled skillet with garlic and cook until done through.

5Add broccoli and water and cover skillet.

6Cook on high heat for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water is gone.

7Add peppers, rotini and parmesan cheese.

8Mix together and serve.
