- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1Grease and lightly flour baking pans.
