  • 5 c. boneless chicken (canned or cooked)
  • 2 c. almonds, slivered and roasted
  • 2 c. red seedless grapes, cut in 1/4
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Put chicken in food processor or cube very small. Add all the ingredients. Chill. Serve on bed of leaf lettuce. Great on croissants.
