  • 1/2 c. low-fat lemon yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo
  • 1/4 tsp. finely crushed tarragon leaves
  • 2 c. diced chicken
  • 1/2 c. green grapes, sliced in half
  • 4 pitas
  • 4 pieces lettuce
