Ingredients

  • 4 c. cold, cooked chicken chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3/4 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 pimentos, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Combine all except cheese, potato chips and almonds.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
