- 4 c. cold, cooked chicken chunks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- 3/4 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 2 pimentos, minced
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Combine all except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
