- 4 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 jar sliced drained pimentos (optional)
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. green grapes, halved
- 2 cantaloupes
Directions

1Sprinkle lemon over chicken.

2Add celery, onion, salt, pepper, pimento and mayonnaise; toss.

3Toss with grapes.

4Hold almonds until last.

5Cover and chill (overnight is better but not required).

6Toss in almonds just before serving.

7Serve inside cantaloupe slices.
