- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 Gala apples, chopped
- 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Mix salt, white and black pepper, thyme, basil and parsley with vegetable oil. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoned oil; mix and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Chill.
