  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 Gala apples, chopped
  • 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar

Directions

    Mix salt, white and black pepper, thyme, basil and parsley with vegetable oil. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoned oil; mix and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Chill.
