  • 1 large fryer or breasts (steam, remove bones and skin), chopped into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 small jars pimentos
  • 1 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • curry powder (small amount or to taste)
