- 100 grams Basil leaves
- 45 grams Pine nuts
- 25 grams Peanuts
- 2 clove Garlic
- 30 grams Grated parmesan cheese
- 7 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp or (as needed) Salt
Directions

1Remove the basil leaves from stem and rinse them well.

2Then wipe off the moisture and cut roughly.

3Cut the garlic roughly.

4Dry-roast the pine nuts and peanuts in the frying pan.

5When they become fragrant, remove from the heat and cool them down.

6Grate the parmesan cheese or you can use the food processor to grate it.

7Put all ingredients in the food processor and mix.

8Adjust the cheese or salt amount to taste.
