  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. mandarin orange slices
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 c. green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
