  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 10 oz. thin egg noodles
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. Heinz salad vinegar
  • 1 c. broccoli (fresh)
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dill
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning (green can)

    Cook, cool, and chop chicken into small pieces.

    Cook and drain egg noodles.

    Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
