- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. celery (1/2-inch slices)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Directions

1In large bowl, toss chicken with celery, parsley, salt and pepper to mix well.

2Gently fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds until well combined.

3Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
