- 5 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. small green grapes
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 c. toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand while preparing other salad ingredients.

2Can let it stand overnight.

3Gently toss together remaining ingredients, stirring in mayonnaise last.
