- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 4 c. diced chicken, cooked
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced onions (green)
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chutney
- 4 tsp. grated lime rind
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
Directions

1Slice each pineapple chunk in half.
