- 1 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1 c. mandarin oranges or fresh grapes
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Combine mayo, lemon juice and soy sauce to make sauce; set aside.
