  • 4 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. mandarin oranges or fresh grapes
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
