  • 2 1/2 c. chopped white meat chicken
  • 1/2 c. almond slices
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream (whipped with sugar to taste)
  • 1 c. sliced grapes
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sliced celery

    Cook chicken, drain and cube.

    Whip cream until stiff. Combine all ingredients.

    Refrigerate.

    Will keep about 3 days in refrigerator.
