Ingredients

  • 4 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all the above ingredients together, except for cheese. Put into a greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch); top with cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
