- 2 cups Chicken, Cooked, Cubed
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Cubed
- 2 whole Celery Ribs, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Pickle Relish, Sweet Or Dill Or Even Both
- 2/3 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/8 cups Sliced Almonds
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, celery and pickle relish; mix. Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. You can add the almonds directly into the mix or sprinkle on top.

2For a sandwich, you'll also need 6 lettuce leaves and 6 croissants.

3** NOTE: You can use leftover chicken or a rotisserie chicken to make this. Feel free to substitute your favorite cheese.
