  • 12 cup almonds, slivered
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 34 cup dried cranberries
  • 34 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup honey dijon mustard
  • 12 cup apricot preserves
  • 12 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 cups chicken breasts, cooked, shredded (or chopped small)

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine nuts & fruits, tossing to blend, then set aside.

    In another bowl, combine mayo, mustard, apricot preserves & lemon pepper, stirring well to blend.

    Add mayo mixture & chicken to nuts-&-fruits mixture, stirring well to blend.
