- 1 jar salsa (your choice)
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (your choice)
Directions

1Pound meat with meat mallet tenderizer.

2Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam or melt 4 tablespoons butter.

3Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

4Remove from oven; pour salsa over chicken and sprinkle cheese on top.

5Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
