Chicken Salsa Burritos

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas

Directions

    In a medium pan, simmer chicken in the salsa till chicken falls apart or shreds and most of the juice from the salsa is absorbed.

    (For faster results I shred the chicken with 2 forks).

    Spoon the chicken into the tortilla with about a 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

    Roll and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
