  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 15 14 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar salsa (I prefer On the Border)
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)

    Cube chicken.

    Combine water, chicken broth, salsa, corn and chicken.

    Add chili powder.

    Simmer for 15-20 minutes (until chicken is cooked).

    Garnish with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
