  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • flour
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 green onion, diced (or more)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (2-inch) wedge lettuce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Slice chicken breasts into 1-inch strips.

    Dust with flour on all sides.

    Melt margarine in skillet.

    Saute strips while adding rest of ingredients.
