  • 1 to 1 1/4 lb. chicken tenders or 2 to 3 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. minced garlic (in oil)
  • cracked pepper
  • 16 oz. bottle Kraft light Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Pour salad dressing in large skillet.

    Add onion, garlic and pepper.

    Heat until it bubbles.

    Add chicken tenders or breasts and cook over medium-high heat until done.

    Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 5 people.
