- 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. (yup!) minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 lb. pasta, 2 c. cooked rice or 1 lb. noodles
Directions

1Brown garlic in oil, butter and margarine.

2Cut chicken into strips and coat with flour.

3Add to garlic and brown.

4Sprinkle in the cayenne and oregano (more or less to taste).

5Once browned, add the bouillon cubes and cover for 3 to 4 minutes.

6Smush bouillon cubes into oil mixture and add the white wine.

7Cook, covered, for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes.

8Serve over pasta, rice or noodles.

9Serves 6.
