- Flour for dredging
- 3 tbs. corn oil
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsely

11. Dredge the chicken in flour sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

22. Heath the oil in a skillet and add the chicken pieces skin side down. Cook over moderately high heat about 8-10 minutes.

33. Turn the pieces and cook about 10 to 12 minutes longer.

44. Pour off the fat. Add the butter and garlic and stir to coat the chicken pieces.
